Mas minam uminom ng mineral water kesa sa distilled water para sa hydration at pagreplenish ng fluids sa katawan. Ito ay nagtataglay ng electrolytes na kelangan ng ating katawan.. Ayon sa isang researcher, pag gumamit ka ng dalawang wire at binabad sa tubig (distilled) ay hindi magkakaroon ng current.. Ewan ko lang. Di ba water is a good conductor of electricity. Hmm baka naman ang tubig (mineral water) ang source ng electricity dahil sa electrolyte? parang lumalabo..
